Quote Request Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you submit an enquiry or request for a quotation through wicklowchauffeurs.ie, by email, telephone, WhatsApp or another method of communication with Wicklow Chauffeurs.
1. Quote requests
Submitting a quote request does not constitute a booking and does not create a contract for chauffeur services.
Your request is an enquiry asking us to confirm availability and provide a price based on the information you have supplied.
A booking is only confirmed when we have expressly confirmed the booking with you in writing and any deposit or payment requested as part of that confirmation has been received.
2. Information you provide
You are responsible for providing accurate information when requesting a quotation, including your pickup and destination details, date and time of travel, passenger numbers and any other relevant requirements.
Please let us know about any particular requirements that could affect the journey, including unusually large amounts of luggage, additional stops, child seating requirements, accessibility requirements or unusual collection arrangements.
A quotation may need to be revised if the information supplied to us changes materially.
3. Quotations and pricing
Quotations are based on the journey and requirements described at the time the quotation is issued and are subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability.
Unless stated otherwise, a quotation relates only to the journey, waiting time, stops and other services specifically described in the quotation.
Once a booking has been confirmed, the agreed price will not change for the agreed itinerary. If you subsequently request additional stops, additional waiting time, a substantially different route or another change to the service, any additional cost will be discussed and agreed with you.
Prices displayed on our website as “from” prices are indicative only and are not an offer or guarantee that a particular journey will be available at that price.
4. Availability
Submitting a quote request does not reserve a chauffeur or vehicle.
Availability can change between the time an enquiry is submitted and the time a booking is confirmed. We will therefore confirm availability when responding to your enquiry.
Where a particular vehicle model has been requested, we will endeavour to provide that vehicle. Unless expressly confirmed as part of the booking, however, we may offer an equivalent vehicle of a similar standard and capacity.
5. Chauffeur services
Wicklow Chauffeurs operates through a network of professional chauffeur operators. Services may be carried out by a chauffeur within our network or by another suitably licensed and insured chauffeur operator arranged by us.
All passenger transport arranged through Wicklow Chauffeurs will be provided using appropriately licensed and insured vehicles and drivers in accordance with applicable Irish requirements.
6. Changes to an enquiry
If your requirements change after submitting your quote request, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will do our best to accommodate changes to collection times, destinations, passenger numbers, additional stops and other requirements. Any revised quotation will be provided where a change materially affects the service required.
7. Communications
By submitting a quote request, you authorise us to contact you using the contact details you provide for the purpose of responding to your enquiry and, where appropriate, arranging or discussing the requested service.
This may include communication by telephone, email, SMS or WhatsApp.
Submitting an enquiry does not constitute consent to receive unrelated promotional or marketing communications.
8. Personal information
We use the personal information you provide to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations, establish chauffeur and vehicle availability and, where you proceed with a booking, arrange the requested service.
Information may be shared with a chauffeur or operator within our network where reasonably necessary to establish availability or provide the requested service.

If you submit personal information relating to another passenger or person, you should ensure that you are entitled to provide that information to us.
9. Website information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information displayed on wicklowchauffeurs.ie is accurate and up to date. However, vehicle availability, journey times, prices and other information may change.
Images of vehicles on the website are illustrative of the class and standard of vehicle available and do not necessarily guarantee a particular make, model, specification or individual vehicle unless specifically agreed with you.
10. Events outside our control
Journey times and availability can be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including traffic congestion, road closures, severe weather, accidents, public events, flight disruption and other unforeseen circumstances.
Any estimated journey times provided during the quotation process are therefore estimates rather than guarantees.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Irish law.
11. Booking terms
These terms relate principally to enquiries and quotation requests.
Additional terms may apply when a chauffeur service is booked, including terms relating to payment, cancellation, waiting time, passenger conduct, luggage, delays and no-shows. Where applicable, these will be provided or brought to your attention as part of the booking process.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
Nothing in these terms affects any mandatory rights you may have as a consumer under Irish or European Union law.
